Yep
handed the doctor back some of his own medicine :D
very gutsy at the end:2tsup:
:sleep6: :biker: :zzsoft: :sleep2: Yawn. . . . :D
:? Who is casey stoner?:? :?
It's been a while coming, but well deserved. I wonder how well he'll do throughout the season?
yep, watched it happen you little rippa! He matched the Doctor in all of the corners and then the Yamaha had no chance against the might of the Ducati straight line speed.
Hey Lig, not a fan of Doohan?
He must ride a pushbike.
Well I am a huge tall poppy cutter but this guy really deserves a big :brava from all aussies.
He is unassuming, polite and a really gifted GP rider who is only 21 and was up against the greatest rider of the late 20 and early 21st century last night.
He really shone at the end of the race after Rossi passed him.
well done
A great ride and hopefully there are plenty more wins to come for him:2tsup:
Casey Stoner .... three cheers from me .... a gutsy ride indeed. But with straight line speed like the Ducati has not much could really stop him, except maybe rider error.
There will most assuredly be tracks that Rossi will waltz away at but I reckon Casey will mostly be at the pointy end of the field.
Doohan, Gardiner, McCoy, Vermullan, Mladin, West, and the list continues they are all better than most.
Pete
for those who missed the qatar moto gp a replay is about to start on fox sports 2, well done casey :2tsup: :D
I missed the race over the weekend.
The track obviously suited his bike better than Rossi's and can he keep it up for the rest of the year.
