New Zealand Florin

I was given a 1948 NZ Florin a part of my change in Bunnings yesterday. It was mistaken for a 20c piece as it is similar in size. I did not notice until I tried to pay for a coffee today tendering it as a 20c piece. It was rejected and of course I was surprised. Naturally I deemed it to be woth at least 1 million dollars :D but to my dismay it seems to be worth anywhere between $5 and $150 that is NZ$ I think.
Thought I was rich for a while.

Even at $5NZ you are ahead of 20cAU.

Probably stolen from someones coin collection and run thru' the pokies by some charming looser. (been there, had that done to me & family)
