The government has just announced $60 million for clean energy projects, a few days after announcing $90 million to fund chaplains in schools.
So the position of the Australian government is that clean energy for all is 2/3rds as important as promoting religion in schools.
Oh we need to promote religion in school, religion is the biggest cause of wars, I work for defence, hence I will keep a job......

I even heard one ratbag say that there is no longer any waste from the reactors abd they are perfectly safe. Just like Chernobyl I'm sure they thought that was safe to.
