Removing architraves/cornices...

Hi,

For a Victorian-era period home (c1900) that has floor area of 100m2 and 2 bedrooms, approximately, what would it cost to remove architraves, cornices, skirting boards etc...and then replace them, after the walls have had new plasterboard sheeting put on?

I am trying to establish the magnitude of the job involved. How long would this take and is it usually very expensive? I do not have any idea of what sort of money is involved with a job like this. It is not something I could do myself...

Skirting and that is done in lineal metres, so who ever quotes you will quote you in lineal metres (if its just skirting) and not m2. The biggest cost will be plastering. If youre looking at doing the whole house and thats re-plastering, setting, skirting and architraves I RECKON youre looking at over 10g's, im only Apprentice so dont quote me on that :D
