The deaf genie

A bloke is walking past a bar and hears someone playing the piano, so he walks in. Sure enough, there is a piano, but it's a minature piano being played by a dwarf. He's a very short dwarf, about a foot tall and he and the piano are on top of the bar. The guy is amazed and so he asks the bartender, "where'd you find the piano player?"
The bartender says " I was polishing bottles one day and a genie appeared and granted me one wish for releasing him from the bottle."

The guy says" That's pretty good luck, but why ask for a midget and a piano?"
"Well" says the bartender, "I think the genie was deaf. Somehow he thought I asked for a 12 inch pianist....."
