Its called BitTorrent. Broadband required. Download the TV programs and movies you want to watch.

There are even some legal downloads, too. (I think the BBC has some, and so does PBS in the USA)

Get a program like Winamp - www.winamp.com - and you can use it to connect to a heap of Internet TV sites. You will need a fast broadband connection though, and even then the streaming video is small and sometimes dodgy quality. It can eat up your download quota too :rolleyes:

I've been keeping an eye on this site, http://www.tvanywhere.org/0786_1.html and it looks pretty interesting.

I dont think it is up and running yet but when it does it might be a way to get all the U.S shows hot of the net.

I think this will be the future of the electronic media.
