Collared Parrot

While on a visit to a shopping centre, an elderly bush spinster bought a pair of talking parrots from a pet shop.
On her return home she rang back and asked how she could detertmine the male bird from the female.
"Simple." replied the dealer, "Wait until they're mating and fasten something around the males neck so he'll be easy to spot."
The lady bided her time,and in due course tied a white ribbon around the male birds neck.
A few days later the parson came to visit.
The cock bird took one look at him and croaked,"Ha ha!So the old girl caught you at it too,eh?"
