Pantry shelving query.

I have recently installed sliding doors in an alcove that I want to use as a pantry.

It is 365 mm from wall to the track, 2270 mm long and floor to ceiling high.

My questions are what is the recommended width for the shelves?

I have been recommended to use cleats to support the shelves is this correct?

Do I need any support in the middle of the shelves?

What is the recommended distance between the shelves?
