Climate change. Sorry had to get that in. What sort of tv is it?, LED, Plasma?.

Years ago, my son rubbed a magnet over my brand new Sony TV and it made a similar looking pattern. The problem self corrected over the next week. Magnets were banned from the house.
Not sure if modern TV's are similarly affected. Magnets are still banned from the house!
