Unable to login to metal work forum

Unable to log into the metal work forum, can login here fine tho but can't reset password

What message are you receiving when trying to login please? Take a screenshot if possible.

Have you changed anything recently or updated software, or updating password?

It does'nt reconise my user name and password and same old thing happening to 1 year ago i don't receieve a email to reset my password

Just to be clear, which profile were you trying to log on with? You’ve got two that I could see.

I created the 2nd account to try login but had the same problem as trying to reset password/receive the email notification
