Please assist with identity and use of this liquid tipping devise
The item mentioned above is a copper (I think) vessel mounted on gimbals on a stand and designed to tip 90 degrees in one direction only to discharge its contents through a spout that is on the top rim of the vessel. There is a pipe in front for injecting a fluid/liquid into the vessel that is held in a vertical position by an elementary locking device.
I have beenAttachment 522510Attachment 522511Attachment 522512Attachment 522513 unable to find any kind of identification anywhere on the structure. Please see the attached photos to assist with identification.

Thank you for the replies chaps, i have not dismantled it yet but it does look like is functioned as a double boiler.
