Is the Multiquote function working?

I don't often use it, but sometimes the multiquote function is a good choice for replying to multiple posts in a thread with just the one reply.

It doesn't seem to want to work for me today in any way or form.

Mind you, I am using HTTPS which may be a factor.

This is using SeaMonkey v2.53.13, a Mozilla variant, as Firefox had serious issues with these forums a while back while SeaMonkey worked fine.
