Hi everyone
Just joined today.
I am mostly interested in getting help identifying the raw timbers I have been recently given by a older gentlemen in my town who was keeping them stashed away for a rainy day. He never got round to processing and dressing them. He learnt I was doing bits and pieces with a Tasmanian Blackwood tree I harvested in a church yard and processed and dressed over the course of 18 months. I have built a few things with this timber since. I have been given various raw billets from this gentlemen and will be asking for verification from you experts as to what on earth the timbers are.
