Can someone assist in advisingme how to edit my current add in woodworking machinery for sale

You can't edit it yourself once it is over 24 hrs old, only an admin can do that. You can just reply to your own thread if you just want to add some more detail or clarify something.
Hopefully one of the Admin's will see your request.

Is there something i need to do to convert my post to be able to edit
