Rimu Wooden bed and sideboard / dresser reno. How to finish

Hi Guys,
I have a wooden bed and sideboard which unfortunately been scratched by my cats over the years and I need some advice as to how to best finish it without loosing the light Remu
colour.
Any help would be appreciated.
