The older part of my house is now over 50 years old, and the clip lock roof is leaking... ☹️
Does anyone have any experience in replacement? Just looking for a rough price guide, and how long the job would take.
I'm keen to include as much insulation as possible, get a/c pipework and solar power cable underneath, and possibly add additional lighting to the lounge. Being a flat roof makes each of those difficult if not impossible so may as well do it all.

You can forget about getting a guess-tamated idea of cost from anyone on this forum owing to the amount of work you have in mind. Too many variables. Get 3 licensed builder quotes and DON'T accept the lowest.

It is a pretty rambling request...which is clearly unanswerable...
A rough idea of a per-square-meter reproof cost would be helpful though.
Why/where is the clip lock leaking? Just had a fiddly tile roof replaced with trim-deck for $100 psm but clip lock is a much more substantial material and can work on a flatter slope. Also removed an old clip lock flat butterfly roof and converted it to a ridged roof with trim-deck. The old clip lock sheets were good enough to recycle onto another roof.
Leaking mainly around a skylight, but rust in lots of spots.
About 10 years ago (?) had it cleaned, rust treated and sealed with an insulation paint.
That worked pretty well but the rust is showing on lots of places, pretty sure I can't pull the same trick again. I've just sprayed the likely leak area with a Selley's sealant. Hopefully that will hold it for a while but I think I will need to bite the bullet sooner rather than later.
Would you convert to a ridged roof? Clip-lock that old was very substantial stuff, the only rust I've found was where water was pooling and around intrusions like chimneys and skylights, going to a ridged roof eliminated those problems for me.
Jobs like that are not priced on a square metre rate, they are based on time plus materials, ease of access, amount of flashing , number of penetrations, skylights etc. As Ray said you need to get quotes to establish a cost.
