Yes, have sent a private message with no reply, not sure he is active on the forum, I was hopeful there is a phone number on file somewhere
I doubt that the forum management will be forthcoming even if they had the information, I would suggest telling the forum who it is and asking if anyone has any information that could help you.

So you should look at their profile and see what information is visible. For example, this is you. You can see their last active date (which is an indicator if they're no longer visiting / moved on) and any other personal information they've chosen to publish.
I agree with Chris, the forum is unlikely to release details to anyone else - I'm sure there are processes to deal with special circumstances (eg a court order) but someone wanting to find other channels are unlikely to get any.
I've not dug for this person, it doesn't seem simple to do searches on people, but anyway it'd speed up anyone else looking at this if you posted their profile link
