Intelligent Design?

One for the "Intelligent Design" school of religious believers....why did God give the tortoise a drag coefficient of 0.0001?

I'm also fond of Terry Pratchett's attempt to reconcile "Big Bang Theory" with "Creationist" ideas....... "In the beginning there was nothing, and it exploded"
