A dilemma for the family court

With same sex marriage on the brink of being a legal reality it follows that at some time in the future there will be same sex divorces.

This will cause the family court to have to rethink its strategies. :D

If two women get divorced they can't both have everything. :rolleyes:

If two men get divorced who will all their stuff be given to? :?

Rather simple really, Doug.

The stuff of the male couple will be given to the female couple getting divorced at the same time.

Thus each female gets everything and each male gets nothing. Business as usual.:U
