I've been hiding from exercise:

I'm in the fitness protection program.

I wish that I could hide also.

I am enduring 'Pain and Torture' (Physical Therapy) for pulled tendons on my knee. (I had a total knee replacement about 2 years ago) As I've said to others:

The pain subsides, I do my exercises, the pain returns, three fingers and crushed ice. Tomorrow is another day.
