Library needs a tidy up

For the first time since about 2010 I wandered into the library forums this morning and though they looked rather tired and some looked dated.
I was originally bit of a fan of a libraries forum but it now seems like they duplicate a lot of what goes on in forums already.
Some of the forums should probably be consigned to history and threads in some others might sit better as stickies in relevant forums.
Just a suggestion.

I also noticed this forum has 8 stickies.
This is too many - as soon as there are more than a couple folks will ignore them.
Some rationalisation may be needed - some content moved to FAQs etc.
