Hi there

this is a split in bearer under a highest in QLD. I think its been there since i purchased the property 5 years ago but nothing was brought up in the building and pest but id like to know why this is anyway.There is no sagging if that helps.

the split runs most of the way along the inside under of the bearer, the bearer is on the outside of the house and there is another bearer on the other side of the house has one similar as well

also this picture is upside down, im mot sure why it uploaded like this sorry
