Found! Supplier for Trust Entryguard Casement window dual arm operator
I don't know why it was so hard for me to find this supplier.
I searched for what seemed like weeks.
And today sat down and just started calling around.
I targeted anyone who had Trust parts on their web site.
On about the 8th call they were good enough to tell me who their Trust supplier is:
