Makit/Wolf Planer PH5

Morning from Peterborough England
My name is Paul known as Karch I have a old ph5 planer made by makita/wolf painted in a hammerite light blue paint ,it has hardly been used but a mate of mine said 2 years ago I will get you a set of spare blades for it . I have now got it back no blades in it and one of the holders missing hehas also lost all the paperwork for it can anyone please help ?????!!!!!! . This has 4 bolts holding the blade plate on not 3 like a lot of others .
