What are 100 x 200mm butt hinges used for?

Hi everyone

I have about 17 Delf butt hinges 100 x 200m, in polished brass? They are very heavy.

Just thought I'd ask what they would be used for, before I put them on eBay or Gumtree. Just in case I could use a few myself.
