Bugger Microsoft!!

Installed windows 10 yesterday after having Windows 7 for years.

I did this because it was free and I kept getting theses annoying and nagging
offers to install it for nix.

BUT>>>>NO FREE SOLITAIRE!!!!:~:~:~

I played a lot of solitaire as a means of stress relief and it gave me time
to think about things and do some problem solving.

Now you have to buy it from the app. store! Well bugger Microsoft!!

Artme, look harder, I replaced all the windows 7 games with the same or very similar, all ms games, and free.

When windows 10 first came out the complaint was not that they had left it out of the installation, pretty sure it was still available free, but had added advertising and paid options to get rid of it. If you didn't like the windows 10 upgrade nag messages I doubt that you'll find the new advertising popups any more palatable.

Perhaps you could find a free online version to sooth that itch instead?

I have the MS Solitaire collection, free and without adds. MS Mahjong, likewise free and without adds. A number of others available too.

In one of the other windows 10 threads, there is a link to a 'fixed' version of Solitaire. Work fine.

Get the games here. Have downloaded it and it's fine re virus, Trojans etc:2tsup:

Makes you wonder how Mac users survive OS upgrades :U
