Remediation work on the carport

We are asking for help now in the planning and rebuilding of the carport we've had a little trouble with
Assuming we can't get a builder mate to take over the job

Our main problem will be getting the holes cleaned out with the posts still in place but I think we can work around that

The second problem will be resistance to racking
Will we be able to reuse most/any of the timber? If we can there will be a reasonable saving

We had $8k to do this job and we are $5k in the hole so not much left to do the rebuild
Advice please
