To keep half the roof or tear down the roof
I am considering going up on my terrace house see pic below My neighbour did the same things a few years ago and once he started tearing the roof down the house basically fell apart and at the end he had to re built the house My thoughts are to cut into half the house and re enforce the structure and put all joists and beaners on top of the current joists and span from the bricks which is 4 m and the new building around that Any thoughts welcome
