Best way to lift a long LVL into a building?

Hi all,

I need to lift a 7.2M LVL about 3.5 metres and then slide it through a balcony doorway and into the house. I'm not sure how heavy the LVL is; two guys can carry it so maybe around 150Kg. After looking at crane hire sites, a small city or franna crane might do the lifting job but I am not sure how the beam can be slid sideways into the house - is there any way to rig that? The other limitation is that site access is not great; the crane will need to fit down a narrow driveway.
