Extension and Renovation Information Needed - Perth

Hi,

My wife and I are purchasing a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home in Balcatta. The current house is around 130sqm we are wanting to extend it to at least a 4x2 as well as renovate the house.

Can anyone recommend a builder who they know has done good work in the past?
