Bowed studs - wall bearing

Hi guys,

I need some advise on my current house. I got a single cottage weatherboard victorian house approx 90 years old.

I noticed the walls in the front section of the house are not plumb.

I have removed the plasterboard on one of the wall, and I noticed that the studs bowed to right - very likely due to water damage in the past (rotted and bowed)

I had an engineer inspected on the house, and he suspect the internal wall is now supporting the external due to the studs for the external wall are failing (hence, the internal wall bowed as well). He assured me the house won't collapse, so it is still safe to live in.

Would you know if this can be fixed? ie: if the external wall somehow can be rebuild?
