Is it just me, or is there small problem with the forum when down loading images.
It now seems to take five to ten times longer to open an image.
Anyone else having this problem?

No problems at my end... All good..
All good here also.

I am finding it slow, get page resets and incomplete pages. I have been thinking about saving my posts before submitting.

I continue to have problems.
It takes forever just to type this message.
Jumps & leaves letters out etc.
Would like to write posts like I once did, but it is too frustrating.

If you're using IE11, click up in the top RH corner on the little gear, go to 'Compatibility View settings', and then add 'woodworkforums.com' to the list of sites.
I had the same issue of trying to type posts, and having random letters not appear, then attempting to backspace over them didn't work properly because only half of those key presses would register.... Truly infuriating.
It would be good if you could find the cause, as the flipside of my workaround is that when you click on a photo in a post to view it fullsize, it doesn't load properly. The popup banner loads, but the photo just shows as a loading icon. If you then click on the loading icon, it instantly loads the photo in a new tab. Only just confirmed that was the cause of it then, hadn't quite bothered me enough up till now.
Given the amount of posts I make, I should just leave compatibility mode off until I actually make a post....
*EDIT*
Did a quick hunt around for IE11 and Vbulletin 4.2.1, the suggestion was made to change the forums text editor format from WYSIWYG to standard, and that seems to have done the trick, now with compatibility mode turned off.
Amusingly, in testing that it was actually fixed I went back to WYSIWYG and tested - It threw a line break after every character, sometimes every two if it felt like it, and wouldn't let me scroll back up to the start of what I wrote.
Get rid of IE and try Firefox or Chrome and all your problems should disappear instantly.
Also try logging out and closing down your browser then use this address https://www.woodworkforums.com to get to the forums again rather than a bookmarked address preferably in Firefox or Chrome and not in IE any version.
The best thing about IE is it lets you download Firefox, Chrome, Oprea and other browsers that actually work pretty well all the time with everything.
Hope this is of some help.
