Chainsaw mill outboard throttle

Giday everyone been reading this forum for a while now and didnt realise there were so many chainsaw millers out there.I have been milling now for about 8 years here in western australia and have made so many mods to my homemade mill to try and make life a bit easier. The one thing i have yet to be able to master is building an outboard throttle assembly and was just wondering if anyone out there has mastered this if so any help or advise would be greatly appreciated. I will post some photos of my mill and saws as soon as i work out how. Thanks

I've used plenty of CSMs with different remote throttles and this is the most ergonomic remote throttle by far - even though the throttle action is opposite to a MC it's totally natural in the way it works.
Even the kill switch works.

Thanks for the info Bob sounds like just what i am after but for some reason i dont seem to be able to access the photos on the attached forums but i will keep trying thankyou.

Yeah the photos were originally embedded in the test but one of the mods didn't like me doing this and disconnected them from the text.

The photos are there underneath the text.

If you can't see them I can direct you to another forum where most of the photos are also there.

Sorry Bob still cant find them dont know if its me and computers or that their not there but redirection might help no rush not milling again for a while thanks.

Giday all just thought i would thank you for your advise Bob on the throttle. It gave me a few ideas on how to go about it. I went with the handbreak set up as i had my sons old pushy laying around so it was easy enough to pilfur the parts. I used it a few weeks back for the first time and in conjunction with the small handwinch that i fitted it worked great saved alot of back work. Sorry i took so long getting back on but it took a bit Of thinking to get it to work tand since the ive been pretty flat out. I will post photos as soon as i work out how.

Giday can anyone help me to put photos on i dont have a computer i use my iphone 6 and im not sure if it is possible with this thanks.

Looks Good W2S, You might want to put some padding under the trigger otherwise the vibe will wear away the plastic trigger.
I used a piece of hydraulic hose on mine.
