My name is Charlie and I'm from the "Buckeye State" of Ohio, USA. I've been doing some basic woodworking for years. Now that I've decided to attempt some new, harder projects. One is a arched "S" shaped molding, for the head of a headboard and the rest will be upholstered. Any suggestion, advice or thoughts.

May I suggest you add the photos & your request into a couple of the other more relevant subsections as that will give you a wider audient and thus more likely to get some helpful answers....sorry I'm otherwise unable to assist....
