new stud shed question

Hi
I am going to build a new garden shed using rondo stud an track approx 5.4M x 3.8M out the back
It will be 2.1M high plus a gable roof on top I am using trimdek sheets.
The brochure has trimdek coverage as 762mm plus I assume you allow 50mm for the last sheet (full sheet length)
What sort of tolerance should I allow for each sheet?
