Gable end bracing requirements

Hi,

I want to pull out a non load bearing internal wall that is in the centre of the gable end of the house. It is a single storey truss roof, brick vaneer with the gable end being 7200mm long. I am worried if I take this out the gable end will not be braced to wind loads. If I need could I brace the wall off the bottom chord of the last truss?
