Basix Question - Floor types

Hi Guys,

First of all - what a great bunch of people is on the forum, you all have been so helpful so far!

I have a question about Basix certification I'm in a process of doing. Can anyone please have a look at attached engineering plans and say if I selected correct floor type?

I know it's probably the most basic question I could have asked, but still want to get it right.
