Great service from H & F
My BA16 bandsaw was working perfectly well on Monday afternoon but when I went to use it yesterday morning the motor just emitted a humming sound.
I rang H & F in Dandenong and spoke to Brenton and between us we decided that it was most probably the capacitor. I still had the original receipt from 2008 so he was able to double check the model and said he would send a new part from Sydney in an overnight bag. It duly arrived at midday today and after 15 minutes my bandsaw was going again.
We usually complain about bad service so we should acknowledge good service. I am about to ring him and personally thank him.

I should have added the total cost was $46-00 including the overnight bag. Good value and a cheap repair.

My experience with H&F mirrors yours. They bend over backwards to look after their customers. Just wish all (woodwork product) retailers in Oz were half as good as these guys.
