Make a reasonable damper do you??
-
There is a family speciality.
The custard powder damper
A sweet desert damper, sounds a bit strange but its great with some plumb jam.
-
But is it pronounced scones (skones)or scones (schones)
The trouble with life is there's no background music.

It doesn't matter how you pronounce it as long as they're not late for dinner. :D
Pumpkin scones a a lot more complicated (apparantly) swmbo does the pumpkin type.
I will state that there are only three valid uses for the pumpkin
1. scones
2. feeding livestock
3. growing large ones to frighten the neibours
don't get me started on parsnips
Will there be any on saturday  hmm I'll see how I go.

Does anybody have a good recipe for glues?
(I just thought I would try hijacking a nothing to do with woodwork thread in to something to do with woodwork. It seems to work quite well the other way around)
