Where to buy bulk locks & casement window hardware?

Hi everyone,

I have a house of old casement windows which are due for a dip, re-glaze, shave & paint and I would like to replace the handles and install locks when I put them back in. I think the hinges are okay and will probably re-use the if they come out okay.

Where is the best place to buy bulk locks & handles to pull the windows shut? I've found casement window sets at Woodworkers but they are $25 a window and this will obviously get a bit pricey. I've considered Whitco mini push locks but again, $$$. Handles I've only seen at the Big Green Shed and they are $6 a pop which seems pretty ridiculous given the size. I'm up for over $500 to DIY...

Can you recommend anywhere/anything?
