what sort of hourly rate are TPs charging these days? we are looking to go to Council for a pre lodgement meeting and thought we should take a town planner along so we don't get ourselves into trouble. its a small commercial venture we are considering so can't afford to throw our money away. that said, we won't be doing this without one. just wanted to know what's out there. we are in brisbane on the north side.
