How many studs are required for my load bearing beam

Hey all,

Just in the process of renovating my house. Planning to open up an external wall 4500w to fit some bifold doors. I've worked out that I require a 180PFC steel beam. How many studs are required to support this beam? 2x MGP10 35mm's, 45mm's? or 3? It's a single storey house with a conventional roof.
