Old wooden stables turned into a 10x13m shed - Fix it up or Replace?

We've just bought a property to build on, with a shed already constructed down the rear of it. It's a pair of stables, 4bays 13m long, about 3.3m deep facing each other with about 3.3m between them. Each bay is enclosed with wooden board walls. At some stage someone trussed the roof and covered the lot in with zinc corri'. A large sliding door at the front leading into the centre 'lane'.
The whole shed has a concrete floor, but its terrible. Uneven and patchy. Highs to lows I would guess around 30mm, maybe more in some spots. The wooden posts of the shed, maybe 150mm diameter, and the wooden walls have just been concreted around. Half of the wooden posts would be non structural and just somewhere for walls to end. It also has a small room at the rear end in the middle 'lane'.

I'd like to gut the shed of all the walls and unneeded posts then resurface the concrete. Removing the posts and walls will leave gaps and holes that need to be filled. but also the uneven surface would need to be corrected. I'm not sure how thick the concrete is yet either, if it were layed thick enough, maybe massive amounts of grinding would work? Or I could lay down Ardex k 005 leveling compound [if it were 10mm thick, 130sqm would cost over $4,000 for the bags alone. It's more that 10mm in spots].
The shed also has no guttering and also poor run off around the shed, which could be fixed with little issue I'd imagine, directing it to the creek that runs 10m behind it.


Replacing the shed... I'v looked at a few ideas, one idea I'd like too, but price can get out of hand haha. The cheapest quote to replace the shed for one of equal size or close was $15,000 as a kit [one place tells me add 30% to kit price for construction if I go that way. And I'm not just going to shop by the cheapest quote].
Add the cost of removing the @@@@@@ old slab [no idea on cost] and laying a new one at $65 per sqm was on one shed quote [$8,450 at 130sqm].
So a new shed is going to be over $20,000.

So, what are other options I haven't thought of? The stable style of the interior is quite cool and fixing it would be nice, but so would a new shed, american barn with mezz' floor and enough height for a 2 post hoist...
