glazing certificates

Hi,

About 2yrs ago i bought some new windows from stegbar for my extension, Im told by the building surveyor I need glazing certificates for these windows but i dont have any paperwork from stegbar except for an invoice.

How do i go about getting glazing certs? Would Stegbar be able to provide them 2yrs after the fact?
