Is anyone else having to type the entire message in 'notepad' and then transfer it to the forum via copy/paste in order to get spaces between the paragraphs?
My 'ENTER' is not working here...(this entire message was typed in notepad and then copied/pasted here)

Do you have another keyboard to try? That should give you some indication if the problem is following the keyboard.
I'm guessing that you are using IE9, or IE10. if so, from the main Forum page, IE-Menu-> Tools-> Compatibility View Settings and add the site to the list.
