After trying to make a complaint to ebay about a seller I learned something:
1) You must open the case within 45 days.
2) If it seems like the seller is stalling,make a complaint immediately.
3) Do not listen to the seller's plea about "Please be patient", most times it is a ploy to exceed the 45 days limit, enabling them to have high ratings although they are not really homouring their promises.
4) This ploy is especially used by Chinese/Hong Kong sellers
I just lost $39.95 this way.
First they sent a faulty item
Then they told me they had sent a replacement that never arrived
Then they promised me a refund. This never arrived either.
Then they stopped replying to emails.
DO NOT DEAL WITH IWANNEBUY, THEY ARE SHONKY.
