Replace door and Frame - External

Hi Guys,

I have a badly weathered door and Sil. I had a look at various websites for door jambs with double rebates but their size does not meet my need. I have an expensive screen door that i dont want to replace....

the frame is 146mm deep and 20mm thick. 1970's house so i think its 5 3/4". I was just going to get a bit of 140x20 from bunnings and replace it all including a new kwila sill

any concerns with this? or do you guys get/make custom double rebated door frames
