How much credit I should get to remove a bedroom?

We are at the tender stage at the moment, I am trying to remove a bedroom on upstairs for some other plannings. The room will be fully finished, the size is about 3.4m x 3m with a built-in wardrobe. The builder is giving us a credit back of $900. Is this too cheap to remove a bedroom? :C
