I can't even reply to the sticky "Replying to old threads" thread.
It would appear that this acknowledgment frame does not always display for everybody. I have used the option previously and I know what to look for. I could not find it when trying to add to this thread this morning and I note that the problem is also occurring for someone else today in thread https://www.woodworkforums.com/f245/w...2013-a-167867/
Fuzzie, the old thread warning was a feature of the previous version of vBulletin, the software that drives this (and other) forum.
When we changed to the new version this feature disappeared as it was not part of the base set of features, but an add-on.
As a result we have seen quite a few old threads revived (one as old as 2004) and the backroom boys are attempting to get this feature working again with the new version.
