could some one please help me from having heart attack

hi there all,sorry to jump right in with such a question..

ive been flat out with an addition to the side of the house. I have gone ahead obviously with gaining owner approval and marched on. I got my owner approval and plans for the council approved and started building. But noticed today on owner building acceptance expires 6 months after approval.. Does this mean i should of informed them of starting building.i am more than well under way..


Please if anyone could help you may save me from having a heart attack..
